All players and coaches should have a
valid 2011 Association I.D. card in their possession.
ANY ALTERED ASSOCIATION I.D. CARD
WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFIED.
Players from outside of Quebec must provide official documents attesting to their players' classification
(Article 7.13 F.S.Q.)

Travel
Permits |
Travel permits stamped by their association
are mandatory for teams outside
the Richelieu-Yamaska region. |
Cancellation
Deadline |
No refunds will be issued
after July 4th, 2014.

A minimum of four (4), or an even number,
teams is required to keep a category open.
If a category must be closed, those already registered will be refunded.

The organizing commmittee will see to it that teams in the "A" & "AA" categories, coming from the same association, do not play in the same "pool". This is, at the same time, subject to registrations received. |
The Tournament does not hold itself responsible when planning schedules for instructors having more than one team to manage. |
All teams coming from within a 60 km of Granby are likely to be scheduled to play Friday evening. |
It is possible to register your team
on Friday evening
between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. |
